Does By Hollis sell both men and women's shirts?

All By Hollis products are gender-neutral, and the shirts are mens cut. For any sizing questions, please email hollisk@byhollis.com. We'll be happy to help you find your perfect fit!

What is your shipping policy?

By Hollis offers different shipping options at checkout- Standard ($5.00) and Two Day ($20.00), both through USPS and with tracking. For international orders, we offer standard International Shipping ($15.00).

Will I receive a confirmation email?

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you do not see it in your inbox, email hollisk@byhollis.com (Sometimes orders aren't processed due to network connection or payment problems, or the wrong email was entered. We can fix this quickly and easily!). 

You'll also receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order is sent through USPS.  

What is your return/ exchange policy?
